Problem

I am using Firefox and I am having trouble downloading an iolo product.

Cause

Some product download links on the iolo technologies website employ JavaScript. If JavaScript is disabled within Firefox, the browser will be unable to properly handle these links.

Resolution

To enable JavaScript within Firefox,

  1. Start Firefox.
  2. Click Tools>Options.
  3. Click Content.
  4. Select Enable JavaScript.
  5. Click OK.

You should now be able to properly download any iolo product.
